Enjoy [A5-grade certified Omi beef] in a sukiyaki pot with your companions! The Omi beef is sliced a little thicker so that you can enjoy the texture and flavor to the fullest, and the eggs, which are essential for sukiyaki, are fresh eggs from Shiga Prefecture, with a focus on locally produced and locally consumed ingredients. We also offer handmade special warishita, red konnyaku, a specialty of Shiga, and Himi udon, a Toyama specialty, for a rich variety of dishes until the very end!
