This course includes a luxurious shabu-shabu dinner of 150g of top-grade Omi beef.Sliced to the perfect thickness so that it is easy to eat as shabu-shabu.Enjoy it with our specially made dashi stock and our special ponzu sauce, handmade from sudachi citrus.
