This course features 150g of premium A5-grade Omi beef loin, luxuriously prepared in a sukiyaki pot.To allow you to fully enjoy the texture and flavor, Omi beef is sliced a little thicker than usual.For sukiyaki, we use fresh eggs from Shiga Prefecture, a region known for its local production and consumption, as eggs are an essential ingredient.
